A Free Community Health Fair and Forum will be held at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, sales Community Life Center, physician 444 Halifax Street, medical Petersburg, VA. on Saturday, November 2, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Services will include lectures, free flu shots, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol screening. A variety of vendors will have health information and giveaways.
