Welcome to 2010! I always find the most fun thing about starting a new year is all the lists and resolutions. So to start your real estate year off right, I present my 10 Tips to Sell Your Home in the First Quarter of 2010.
- Remember that people still buy homes in the winter! Don’t wait for the spring market. If you really want to sell your house for the most money in the least amount of time, get it on the market soon. Serious buyers are looking for homes based on their needs, not the season. Historically, there is an increase in the number of homes for sale in the spring. Why wait for the competition? Get your home sold while the competition is still sleeping.
